Some pointers

  • Slides 2, 12, 18, 43: These are section introduction slides that tell your audience what you will be discussing in upcoming slides.
  • Slide 3: This is your personal slide. Customize it with an example of a personal O.R. success story.
  • Slide 18: This section includes examples of O.R. success stories. All the entries were winners or finalists in the INFORMS Edelman competition. If any of these examples are not relevant to your audience, feel free to substitute a more appropriate example or delete the slides.
  • Slide 46: "Conclusion" can serve as your last slide. We recommend that you add your own final slide showing next steps.
